Charter Between Bridge of Don Baptist
Church and Young People
- Children
and young people are equal partners with adults in the
life of the church. They are today's church and tomorrows
leaders. Children and young people, as
well as adults, are to be a full part of worship.
- Children, young people
and adults are encouraged to worship together.
- Fellowship is for the
whole church and children and young people are part of
the Body of Christ.
- Children and young people
are to be encouraged to use the spiritual gifts given
to them by God. The Holy Spirit can speak powerfully
through Children.
- Children and Young People
are to be encouraged and equipped to share their faith.
- Children, young people
and adults require teaching in separate age groups and
this will be provided.
- Children and young people
will be respected as part of the church but will also
be encouraged to show respect to church members and church
property.
