Bridge of Don Baptist Church is a diverse community and this is reflected in our worship. We aim to be inclusive, relevant and reverent, as people from different backgrounds and of all ages worship God together.

We meet as a church family at 10.30am on Sunday and children from 3 – 14 years old go to their own groups between 11 and 12pm. Staffed crèche facilities are available throughout this time. Other worship opportunities occur as part of our Sunday evening schedule and weekly Home Church Group program. Communion is usually celebrated weekly, either on Sunday morning or evening, or mid-week, in the small Home Church Groups or in larger gatherings. Throughout the year, special services, worship events or concerts may be planned for a particular age group or to celebrate a specific event in the church calendar, when a special band, chamber orchestra or choir may be formed for the occasion.

While we appreciate the rich traditions of our Christian and Scottish heritage, we are always ready to explore fresh ways of engaging with each other and encountering the living God. Multimedia, drama and contemporary music, as well as symbol, reflection and liturgy all play a part in our corporate worship. Services are planned and led by our Worship Team, who recognise the value of encouraging and developing the gifts of the church and creating opportunities for them to be used in worship, whether those gifts are in the area of communication, technology or the creative arts.
